Uses
- Prevention and treatment of:

Dosage and Administration
- Adults and Adolescents (≥12 years):
- Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting: 8 mg 30 minutes before treatment, followed by 8 mg 8–12 hours later, then 8 mg twice daily for 1–2 days.
- Postoperative nausea and vomiting: 16 mg taken 1 hour before anesthesia, or 8 mg before anesthesia followed by 8 mg 8 hours later.
- Children (4–11 years):
- 4 mg 30 minutes before chemotherapy, then 4 mg 4 and 8 hours after the first dose; then 4 mg three times daily for 1–2 days.
- Administration: Place the tablet on the tongue and allow it to dissolve; swallow with saliva. No water needed.
