How does Signoflam TH 4 Tablet work?

Signoflam TH 4 Tablet contains three active ingredients: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol (Acetaminophen), and Thiocolchicoside. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, chemicals in the body responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that helps reduce pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that acts on the central nervous system, specifically the spinal cord and brain, to relieve muscle stiffness and spasms, thereby improving muscle movements.

What is the usual dosage of Signoflam TH 4 Tablet?

The dosage of Signoflam TH 4 Tablet is determined by your doctor based on individual factors such as the severity of your condition, age, body weight, and response to treatment. It is usually advised to take one tablet, typically up to three times daily, with or after meals to avoid stomach upset. You should swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water and not crush or chew it. It's important to follow the prescribed dosage and duration and not exceed it without consulting your doctor. Prolonged use beyond 7 days is generally not recommended.
